#1. Rinse gum with saline solution. Dissolve a small amount of sea salt in a cup of warm water and stir the mixture until complete dissolution of the salt. Rinse your teeth for about 15 seconds. Do it 2-3 times a day.

#2. Rinse with sesame oil. In the morning before a meal, take 1-2 tablespoons of oil, put it in your mouth and rinse your teeth for 5 minutes. Increase the length of the procedure up to 20 minutes.

#3. Rinse gum with chamomile broth. Chamomile has a pronounced antiseptic and hemostatic effect. To cook infusion of chamomile, add 2-3 teaspoons of dry flowers into hot water, let it infuse for 10 minutes, then strain and cool.

#4. Use tea tree oil. To rinse your mouth, add 5 drops of tea tree oil into 100 ml of warm water. Rinse the mouth several times a day for 3-5 days.

#5. Rinse your teeth with coconut oil. Rinsing with coconut oil can significantly improve the condition of gums and teeth. A week later, it reduces the formation of plaque and strengthens the gums. Simply mix two tablespoons of coconut oil and baking soda. Brush your teeth using this mixture one or two times a week until the problem disappears completely.
