A bath with oils can cleanse the skin of toxins and give it silkiness. You can mix 5 drops of essential lavender oil, 10 drops of essential juniper oil and 1 teaspoon of almond oil and add them into a warm bath. Take this bath for twenty minutes and you will see great results in your body and mood.
