Exercise 1

Relax your face and open your mouth widely. Move your lips away from the body and make an ideal "O" shape with both your upper and lower lips. Feel this stretch in your face, while you are doing this move. Stay in this pose for several seconds and then relax. Do this move three times.

Exercise 2

Sit in a chair with a strong back and incline your head back to see the ceiling. Keep your posture straight. Pinch your lips quickly, stay in this pose for six seconds and then open your mouth widely and keep this pose for six seconds. To achieve noticeable results, you may repeat this move three times.

Exercise 3

Firstly you should wash your hands carefully with a good soap. Then put one fingertip against both of your lips. Expand your upper lip above your nail and stay in this pose for ten seconds. Then relax and do the same with your lower lip. Perform this move four times a day.
