Today we are happy to introduce a cucumber diet to you. Please note that this is one of restrictive diets. Dietologs do not usually recommend this one. Despite that cucumbers are good for your digestion, the diet is a low calorie one, so it exhausts your organism.
From personal experience of fitness trainers and models we figured out that these diet is very effective. It takes only a couple of days to lose excessive weight. However, you should not keep following eating plan for more than 10 days.
The cucumber diet will allow you to get rid of extra water in your organism. Upper layer of underskin fat will just perish. 100 grams of cucumbers contain only 15 calories. It takes more calories to digest it than it actually contains.

If you keep your daily regular physical activity and keep this diet, you can lose up to 5 pounds! That’s incredible result. However, you need to be careful and stop the diet, once you feel sick or dizzy. These symptoms can be caused by the eating plan.
There is no strict eating plan, but you are allowed to eat only protein, fiber, and a little bit of carbs. We will give you an example of a daily eating plan, so that you can develope your own one. General amount of calories per day should not exceed 1200 calories.
1 Day Menu
Breakfast: a bowl of cucumber salad, 2 hard boiled eggs
Snack: an apple, a peach, a plum (200 grams of season fruits)
Lunch : a bowl of cucumber salad, a toast (whole grain bread)
Snack: Cucumber shake
Dinner: 200-300 grams of season fruits
You can mix these ingredients up to make different meal courses. You can also add some cereal and/ or granola for your breakfast, but trust us, you will quickly get tired of such a diet. So, please be careful and stay healthy! Leave your feedback in comments.
