Are you looking for a good workout to sculpt your lower abs and make your belly look beautiful? It is time to stop looking! We would like to show you an amazing training routine that can help you build strength and resistance in your belly!

This lower abs training routine was created by a fitness expert and better-belly specialist, Elisabeth Halfpapp. She claims that this workout can help reduce belly fat, tone your lower abs and strengthen your upper body. In order to begin this workout routine, you don’t need to buy any special equipment. Take a yoga mat and start working out right in the comfort of your own home.

This training routine consists of strengthening exercises such as side plank-ups, bound back, fly ups, pelvic scoops, c-curves, flat backs and twisted curls. These exercises can help you strengthen your core and get a flat belly.

You need to do twelve repetitions of each exercise and perform three sets of this workout. If you want to strengthen your lower abs and make your belly look flawless, you should do this training routine five times a week and compliment it with a healthy diet.

Just don't forget about the importance of warming up. You need to do a short stretching before workout to prevent negative health consequences like bone and joint injuries. Are you ready to work out? Scroll down to learn how to perform this list of moves correctly to get the most out of this workout. You can do it, ladies!
