This training routine consists of strengthening exercises such as side plank-ups, bound back, fly ups, pelvic scoops, c-curves, flat backs and twisted curls. These exercises can help you strengthen your core and get a flat belly.
You need to do twelve repetitions of each exercise and perform three sets of this workout. If you want to strengthen your lower abs and make your belly look flawless, you should do this training routine five times a week and compliment it with a healthy diet.
