In pursuit of beautiful appearance, most of women are ready for anything. For the sake of a beautiful figure, women keep rigid diets, go to the gym until they lose consciousness, and also make expensive cosmetic procedures in beauty salons.

Admittedly, the main purpose of the women's going to the gym is to look better. For a woman to look better - it means to be slimmer, tighten and to get a pronounced muscular muscle. A beautiful body is a combination of a tightened skin and toned muscles.

#9. Considering the locker room your own personal bathroom. Try not to take long showers or to apply your makeup for too long.

#10. Slowing down the entire class. You can just start your exercising routine, but do not prevent other people from doing what they come for.
