Our workout is dedicated to all four major muscle groups of your torso. What’s more, this 10-minute workout can be adjusted to fit your current fitness level by performing the reps faster or slower during each set. By adding this exercise routine to your schedule, you will definitely get a toned stomach!
Our 10-minute exercise routine includes 5 moves. After performing all these 5 moves, you should start again with weighted crunches and repeat all five moves in order, performing the move for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds before moving on to the next one.
For the effectiveness of the sculpting process for your abs, we recommend you stick to a healthy diet. Try to add fat burning foods, such as fruits and veggies, nuts, spice, caffeine, dark chocolate to your daily meal plan. Also, do not forget to drink plenty of water, you need to consume 1 gallon of water throughout the day.
