The best news is that you don’t need to buy special equipment to start this workout routine. You need to take a yoga mat and start performing this workout anywhere! This five-minute lower body workout consists of effective exercises such as, perky lifts, rear raisers, booty boxes, killer kicks and lift it up. These moves will target your glutes to make them look toned and fit.
In order to perform this training routine, you should do twenty-five repetitions of each move on each leg without rest between the moves. Complete all five exercises with your right leg, and then perform the set again with your left leg.
