When the body temperature rises, the nervous system gives the sweat glands a green light, moisture emerges through the skin and quickly (which, of course, relatively) evaporates, thereby cooling the body. However, we constantly struggle with sweat.

#2. Acne. You can have acne even after being forty. Sweat combines with oils on your skin, this can lead to the formation of acne.

#3. Bacne. Sweat can block the pores and you can have acne even on your back.

#4. Athlete’ foot. Your feet sweat a lot, so some unpleasant things can appear between your toes. Do not forget to wear shoes when you are taking shower not at your home.

#5. Vaginal acne. You can see such phenomenon after shaving or waxing. Especially, after working out.
