In the summer morning the face is so wet that makeup turns into an impossible task. Each white shirt has indelible yellow marks on it. With all the inconveniences and sorrows that sweat gives us, it is a genius built-in cooling system.
When the body temperature rises, the nervous system gives the sweat glands a green light, moisture emerges through the skin and quickly (which, of course, relatively) evaporates, thereby cooling the body. However, we constantly struggle with sweat.
If you announce a sweat truce and listen to it for a moment, it will be able to tell you amazing things about you and your health. For example, it can show that you are pregnant, or you are happy, or the level of sugar in your blood is too low.
However, we try to drown out an unpleasant smell, to prevent its occurrence during an important meeting, and then to squeeze it out in the gym. It is equally important to use the right shower remedies and wash your body thoroughly after any hard work or workout. However, excessive sweating can lead to some unpleasant situations:
#1. Heat rash. You can often blame heat for having rash. However, your sweet glands can be blocked.
#2. Acne. You can have acne even after being forty. Sweat combines with oils on your skin, this can lead to the formation of acne.
#3. Bacne. Sweat can block the pores and you can have acne even on your back.
#4. Athlete’ foot. Your feet sweat a lot, so some unpleasant things can appear between your toes. Do not forget to wear shoes when you are taking shower not at your home.
#5. Vaginal acne. You can see such phenomenon after shaving or waxing. Especially, after working out.
#6. Dandruff. This can be not the consequences of cold weather, but because of sweating.
#7. Yeast infections. These infections like warm and dark places. Try to change your clothes after exercises immediately.
