Our 30-day workout plan includes: an easy to follow format, scheduled recovery days, strength training for lean muscle mass, interval training and cardio for weight loss and cardiac health, quick workouts that fit into the busiest schedules.
Each week you have to do five workouts, and you will have two days of rest. We have prepared challenging workouts that combine strength training and cardio. You will do a lot of HIIT, because it is a great option to lose those extra pounds fast.
