#1. Top of your trapezius muscle – this point is where your neck and shoulder meet. Put pressure on this spot on each side for a minute each day.

#2. Nose bridge – this spot is located between your eyes and your nose bridge. Gently stroke this area for results.

#3. The dip between your eyebrows – this is the point that you would naturally want to massage when feeling tired. Put pressure on each point on each side for a minute a day.

#4. Breastbone – this spot is just above your celiac plexus. Press on it for a minute every day.

#5. Ear – this point is right between your temple and ear. Massage it with some pressure for a minute every day.

#6. Abdomen – this point is located 2 fingers down from your belly button. Massage it for up to a minute daily.
