#1. Put your thoughts on paper
When we work, we try not to be distracted by our thoughts and focus on work and other important things. But these thoughts won't go alone, they will come back again and again, distracting your from work and wasting your mental energy.

That is why you need to take a pause and start meditation. Once you relax, your thoughts and feeling will come back. Take a piece of paper and put all your thoughts on paper. Write for five-ten minutes, or as long as the thoughts come to your mind.

#2. Think about your relationship
Most of these disturbing thoughts usually related to some kind of relationship. There are two types of relationship: self-attitude and interpersonal relationships. Each of them is able to trigger stress and reduce productivity.

#3. Develop a hypothesis and test it in action
Now it is time to put things into some order in your mind. Focus on your notes, as they reflect what's important to you. If you have found a misunderstanding with someone, you need to find a way to change the situation. Make an action plan for the week. Your plans are hypotheses that need to be tested in action.
