Low-calorie snacks are great, and if the food is actually tasty and rich in flavours, then it’s a dream come true. You can even snack with chips - if you know which kind is right.

Snacks you bring to work should be simple and nutritious, and the recipes for such do exist The most common option is cottage cheese. In order not to endanger the figure, choose the type that has up to 2% of fat, add some natural yogurt. To sweeten it, don’t use sugar (obviously), but add some fruits and berries. #3. Buritos also have a place in the diet of a girl who is watching her weight and shape. Replace the sauce with some natural yogurt, add some turkey slices, throw in some fresh herbs and fresh vegetables.

#4. Chips. This seems somewhat incredible, but if you make your own chips, they can be pretty harmless! Cut potatoes into thin slices, add a couple drops of olive oil, mix in your favorite herbs and spices. Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet or in a special chipset, bake until crisp.
