Find a comfortable sit, settle in and close your eyes. Let go of everything that is happening outside of this moment. Nothing else matters right now.

Allow your awareness to travel through your physical body on a journey of relaxation. As you move your awareness to all parts of your body, simply observe and release.
Take just a few minutes out of each day to bring yourself to a state of calm and wellness and balance your life using a combination of guided meditations and mindfulness techniques. The techniques are a simple, practical relaxation method for anyone.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale completely through your mouse. Breathe together a couple of times. Inhale. Exhale. Then release the controlled breath and start breathing naturally.
Gently whisper the mantra "I AM". Continue pronouncing this mantra several times. Then sit several minutes in silence with your eyes closed.

Keep your eyes closed and release the repetition of mantra "I AM". Bring your awareness back into the room and into your physical body. Find some small movement in your joints and take your time moving back into activity.

Now you are ready to face all the difficulties of this new day. Repeat this practice once a day for a week to see your mind changes.
