#1. Light massaging can help to rush the water out of the unwanted areas.

#2. Cold compresses.

#3. Cucumber and potato mask. Grate these veggies and put the mask on your eyes and leave it on for about ten minutes, this should reduce the swelling.

#4. Milk compress, use cold milk only.

#5. Drink a lot, in case you are pretty sure that is the sign of dehydration.

#6. Regulate your sleep pattern, make sure you have at least 8 hours of sleep daily.

#7. Do not forget about the sunscreen no matter where you go.
