Diet is not the best remedy when you want to lose weight so that it does not come back in a blink of an eye. That is why instead of trying out new diets you should better reconsider your food choices and switch to a healthy way of eating.

This may come as a shock, but all the dressings and sauces have calories too. That is why you should not forget to include them in your daily calorie intake list.

#3. “Allowed” and “prohibited”
