If you realize at least some of them will 1) make you feel better, 2) help lose weight and always stay in shape, 3) improve your mood in the morning, 4) increase love for healthy food, 5) improve your health, 6) make you more vigorous, 7) improve your concentration and 8) make you love the morning!

#1. Get up from bed at the same time every morning. It does not matter when you wake up, the main thing is to do it at the same time.

#2. Do yoga in bed. Morning yoga does magical things with your body! Regular yoga classes in the morning will help you wake up and shine throughout the day.

#3. Do exercises for your legs. To do this, it is sufficient to stretch your feet: pull them to yourself, then push them from yourself, move them to the right and to the left. Do not forget to do some circular movements.

#4. Refuse smartphone. Do not use your smartphone at least within the first hour after waking up. This is one of the main habits of healthy and happy people.
