#1. Peppermint essential oil helps relieve pain
If you’re having headache, add some peppermint oil into cream and massage your temples.
If you’re suffering from menstrual pain, add a couple drops to dry tea leaves and brew after a few minutes.
To relieve toothache, mix 2-3 drops with vegetable oil, apply on a cotton pad and apply to the tooth.
#2. Lemon essential oil helps you lose weight
As you’re eating, let air humidifier spray some lemon-scented water, or use an aroma lamp, as the aroma of lemon reduces appetite.
Mix a couple of drops with vegetable oil (linseed, olive, etc.) and use as a dressing in salads to cleanse your organism.
#3. Tea tree oil for clearer skin
If you have acne: Mix castor and linseed oil (1:3 ratio), add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil and apply on cleaned skin rubbing lightly. Then rinse the skin with a very warm damp towel (apply 4-5 times), remove the residual oil along with black dots with a cold towel. The result will surprise and inspire you!
If you have nail fungus, treat the affected area with pure tea tree oil.
With herpes and colds sores on the lips, mix 2-3 drops of the oil with your face cream and apply a thick layer.
#4. Lavender oil repels insects
Use lavender oil as perfume when going for a walk, this will scare the insects off. This remedy is absolutely safe for children and pregnant women to use.

If you’re suffering from moth invasion, place a couple of lavender oil-infused cotton balls on the shelves.
#5. Jasmine oil for beautiful and shiny hair
Jasmine is a strong natural aphrodisiac. Jasmine oil-scented fragrant candles will create a romantic atmosphere and enhance your feelings.
Add jasmine essential oil into your massage oil, this will make your skin smooth and tender.
Jasmine oil nourishes and softens hair, add 4-5 drops to your shampoo or hair balm.
#6. Eucalyptus essential oil for health and immunity
Eucalyptus oil will help relieve swelling of the nasopharynx, use 1-2 drops during rinsing and 3-4 with inhalations.
To relieve cough, dilute 4-5 drops of oil with alcohol solution and apply compresses.
Eucalyptus essential oil makes bruises and calluses heal faster if applied along with any vegetable oil and easily massaged into the bruised area.
#7. Fir oil for a clean and nice-smelling house
Any coniferous aromas clean and disinfect the air perfectly. Moisten a cotton ball with aromatic oil and let your vacuum cleaner suck it in. As you’re cleaning around the house, this will spread a pleasant aroma.
Fir oil will help to cope with persisting smells. Just mix the oil with salt, put a small amount of the mixture in a couple of cups and place in the right places.
Add a few drops of this oil to your dish dish soap... and enjoy your perfectly clean plates.
It’s easy to come across fake essential oils, so be careful when buying. Don’t buy oils in pharmacies and supermarkets. Make sure that the oil meets the following requirements:
All oils for aromatherapy must be certified according to international standards ISO or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
The label must read 100% natural essential oil, or 100% Essential Oil, Pure Essential Oil, Pure and Natural.
The bottle should be made of dark glass (50% darkening) and have a dispenser on its neck.
