#1. Follow your breathing

#5. Noise Monitoring
Sit down and do not move for just two minutes, in order to hear the whole office. You will hear how the copying technique works, how the shredder works, you will hear how someone fluently types, the noise of cars outside the window, and talking colleagues. You will just meditate at work.
#6. Deep Breath
Sit comfortably in your work chair, take a deep, but a slow breath through your nose, then hold your breath, and slowly exhale, but only through your mouth. You will see how things have changed in the office, but in fact, the one who has changed is you.
