We would like to show you an amazing dumbbell circuit workout that can help you tone your body and boost metabolism. Before you start this workout, make sure you have a set of light dumbbells. You may challenge yourself and grab two sets of dumbbells. The more often and sequentially you lift, the more weight you will be able to lift!
This dumbbell circuit workout consists of fat burning exercises such as, planks and rotates, single-leg scarecrows, squats, curls, presses, lying chest flyes, lying overhead reaches, seated russian twists, reverse lunges and presses, planks and straight-arm kickbacks and weighted squats. These exercises target your upper body and lower body.
First you need to warm up your body with five minutes of light cardio. Warming up can help you prevent bone and joint injuries and improve flexibility.
Then start performing this list of exercises. Start with ten repetitions of each move, building up to fifteen repetitions of each exercise as you get stronger. In order to get great results, you need to do this training routine at least three times a week.
