Single-Leg Cross Slide. Take a plank position, then move to a single leg plank position and bend your knees to the left. Repeat ten times, alternate sides.

Side Plank Bends Left and Right. Take a side plank position. Then bend your upper knee and elbow. Repeat ten times, then change the side.
