In 2009, a programmer named Kevin Systrom passionately began working on a new project, the essence of which was to exchange photos and interests. He named it Burbn - a mobile app that allowed users to check in certain places, to make posts about their plans and to share photos.

BetterMe App helps women achieve their body goals with ease and efficiency by helping to choose proper meal plans and effective workouts.

Start using our app and you will see good results in a short time.

However, the app was not very popular. It was too complicated. However, Systrom was persistent. Together with another programmer, Mike Krieger, they came to the conclusion that users prefer to share photos. After several months of work and experiments, they released a cut-down version of Burbn.

You know it as Instagram. What's the point? - Kevin and Mike were flexible enough in their attitude to their own project and used the information to find a productive solution to the problem. This led to victory. The same thing works in a relationship.

For many of us, the ability to be flexible depends on the mood or situation. We are afraid to act in an unusual way for us. How many times have you witnessed how old actions led to an aggravation of the situation? To show flexibility means to make an informed decision to do so, and not otherwise.

This does not mean that you will give up your principles and beliefs. Simply, you accept the feelings and desires of your partner and you are ready to make small changes to improve your relationship. When you do not hold onto your own expectations, it no longer controls your life. You get a clearer mindset, which allows you to be more flexible in a relationship.

The need to be right leads to the desire to constantly win disputes. This means that your partner should lose. If you really value your partner, then why are you striving for this? Many of us put emphasis on what is common between partners. Can it really be worthwhile to focus on how your differences can compliment you? When someone respects and shares your values, you feel safe.

BetterMe App helps you increase your self-esteem and achieve your personal goals by opening the doors to the world of fitness and healthy lifestyle.

Try it now to see the best version of yourself as soon as possible.

However, when someone denies it, it can make you feel uncomfortable or even make you suffer. The absence of common values may even disappoint and lead to a breakup. Any close relationship requires a compromise and it is very important that the partner takes care of your personal integrity. If you treat this differently, you will only sacrifice your beliefs. Be able to find mutual understanding in order to bring only joy into your relationship.
