The rules are quite simple. Everything you should do is to preform necessary exercises regularly and do is as good as you can. The challenge includes simple and effective exercises that will help you to become slim and healthy.
There are three basic exercises that you should perform: crunches, squats, and push-ups. In this way you won’t need any equipment. You’ll melt excess body fat and gain muscle mass due to your body weight.
Your task is to perform 100 push-ups on Monday and Thursday, 100 squats on Tuesday and Friday, and 100 crunches on Wednesday and Saturday. On Sunday you can have a rest, if you need it, or perform any other exercises.
