In this article, we would like to show you an amazing workout you could do from the comfort of your own home. It doesn't require too much space or equipment, so you can use it to get in shape. This training routine is divided into four circuits. You needed to do three rounds of the first circuit, three rounds of the second circuit, two rounds of the third circuit, and as many rounds as possible of the last circuit.

You may rest no more than one minute between rounds —this way you will get your heart rate up to burn fat. You can also change this training routine by performing just one of circuits.

The first circle:

Perform eight plank-ups.

Perform eight blast-off push-ups.

Perform eight squat thrusts.

The second circle:

Perform twenty seconds of lateral lunges with your right leg.

Perform twenty seconds of lateral lunges with your left leg.

Perform plank jacks for twenty seconds.

Perform mountain climbers for twenty seconds.

The third circle:

Perform reverse lunges with your right leg for forty-five seconds.

Perform reverse lunges with your left leg for forty-five seconds.

Perform jumping jacks for forty-five seconds.

The fourth circle:

Perform twelve squats.

Perform six push-ups.

Perform twenty-four bicycle crunches.
