The other group of people took part in relaxation training created to eliminate cravings. After the session, both groups practiced their methods throughout the next week.

The training courses of both groups were very similar, so researchers didn't expect to see big changes. But they were wrong, as the results were stunning. It turns out that the group of participants who practiced mindfulness meditation consumed three pints of beer than they consumed the week before the study.
