That happens to everyone, you just seem to sell your soul for that juicy burger. But that is where the trick comes in. Just because you want it, doesn’t mean that it is the exact element that your body is lacking. Your brain sends you signals, but they are not direct, you should learn to decipher them.

#3 Motivation

People who want to successfully lose weight, should learn to take everything positively. You should compose your diet so that you enjoy it, you should go to the gym with friends so that you enjoy it. Once you figure out that it’s not a punishment, you will succeed in no time!

It is important to count calories. But somehow, we count only solid food and forget about our drinks. Include them in your calculations too, and you will see why that weight didn’t want to move from the dead point.

You are used to hearing that protein is great, and it is – in a moderate amount. The excess amount of protein can block the whole weight loss process, keep that in mind.

#10 Sleep

Sleep is very important, as the lack of it disrupts lots of processes, including your digestion and metabolism. That is why you should make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep daily, to keep moving forward to your goal!
