Lie in your bed, the usual way.
Touch the roof of your mouth with the tip of your tongue.
Breath in through your nose for a count of four.
Hold your breath for the count of seven.
Exhale for the count of eight.
Repeat the procedure four times.
As you can see there is nothing complex about this method, yet the positive effect it brings will leave you speechless. It always comes as a surprise how many little things matter greatly and can bring ease to our lives.
