How to prepare it:

Boil one liter of water in a pot. When it start bubblings, add two tbsp. of raw fennel seeds in boiling water and switch off the heat. Then you should cover a pot with a towel and leave it to cool down. Two hours later, you can pour this water into another container and store it in the fridge.
